    Hello, Jenn,

I found your blog last year when I was trying to get to Baku. My wife is a fiber craftswoman, so I was quite excited to find Learning to Walk in Stilettos. She is mostly a quilter these days.

Well, I made it to Baku. My wife is coming to join me in about 3 weeks. I am an old American engineer (and Army vet), working for BP just now. I am enjoying it here. I am pretty sure she will, too.

Do you have any suggestions for contacts here for my wife? I figure you are the best one to ask.

I remember that you had a different reason for naming your blog, but it is so apt for Baku. So many ladies wear stilettos here.

    All the best,

    Ed
