What to do?

I spent the day today surfing the internet trying to decide what to do on our vacation.  Scott will ski…I don’t ski.  I know that I am going to go to the yarn shop one day, but I have 4 other days to fill.  One day will obviously be to the top of the Zugspitze, because it’s so amazing up there.  One day Scott wants to do the cheese factory tour and then visit the Monks for some of their homemade beer.  That still leaves two days.  The resort has several tours offered each day but I don’t know if I’m interested in doing any of them.  I don’t want to see the concentration camp.  I really don’t need to be any more depressed.  With that crossed off that leaves the Deutches Museum, Linderhoff Palace or the Innsbruckand Crystal World.  I’m leaning maybe toward the Innsbruck tour because of the crystal factor, although the Linderhoff tour has a stop in Oberammergau for woodcarvings…any suggestions?

I’m so confused!  LOL

I know how much you want to go to Austria-and crystal does sound great but Oberammagau is where the Passion Play is presented and I bet there are great little touristy places there. Probably the best Black Forest cake ever!! What a decision—

I’m going to leave it up to MarieAnne. Whatever she wants to do.

  3. Germany is a very beautiful place and there is a lot to do. The Passion Play will be performed in Oberammergau in 2010 so that would be a great time to visit. Its only put on once every 10 years so during that period the village really comes together to welcome visitors and put on a great show.
